| 摘 要： | 对昆明市部分中、小型水利工程的环境影响,从水文、水环境、水土流失等方面进行了分析,通过水利工程建设前后环境特征的变化,客观地评价其对环境的影响, 并提出相应的对策措施,以期减少或避免工程项目对环境的不利影响,有效地保护生态环境 .

| Abstract: | Referring to the environmental impact of middle and small-scaled water conservancy projects,this article makes an analysis of the hydrology,water environment,and water and soil erosion.By making a research on the change of environmental features pre and post the construction of water conservancy projects,it assesses their impact on the environment and proposes the countermeasures in a bid to reduce the negative influence on the environment and effectively protect the eco-environment. |
