摘    要:针对退化轨迹未知的具有多种退化量的产品,研究了退化量相关和独立情况下的多性能退化量可靠度的评估方法,总结了可靠度评估的模型,引入三参数威布尔分布模型拟合方法,在不依赖于产品退化轨迹情况下,建立了具有可靠度预测模型,并对某加油车滑片泵的测试数据进行了可靠度分析,验证了方法的有效性。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the performance of products with multiple degradations with unknown degradation paths,the reliability evaluation method when the degradation performance is dependent or independent is put forward.The reliability models are summarized and the reliability prediction model for products with unknown degradation path is established by introducing three-parameter Weibull distribution fitting method.An example of reliability analysis of tanker truck vane pump test data is given to verify the validity of this method.
