摘    要:冷连轧机优化设定计算机仿真子系统是宝钢2030mm冷连轧机动态仿真系统的一个组成部分,它在对原冷连轧机系统控制功能仿真的基础上增加了模型库和数据库,以便为全过程仿真系统的顺利进行提供与生产现场完全一致的预设定参数值,并为新的优化设定算法的研究提供了仿真平台。

Abstract:The set point optimization computer subsystem is a part of the dynamic simulation system of the 2?030?mm cold continuous rolling mill in Baosteel. The model base and database are supplemented on the basis of simulating the control function of the original cold mill control system, and pre-setting parameters which are consistent with the true manufacture process are provided to the whole-line simulation systems. A simulation platform for further research of new algorithms of set point optimization is established.
