“情景模拟”在营养与食品卫生学教学中的应用

摘    要:目的改善教学效果,以适应教学发展和教学改革的需要。方法采用情景模拟教学方法,应用于营养与食品卫生学的教学中。结果情景模拟教学方法能充分发挥学生的主观能动性、激发学生的学习热情,提高了学生将专业理论知识与实际相结合的能力。结论情景模拟教学法是符合医学教育现状的、有利于保证教学质量的一种有效的教学模式。

Abstract:Objective To improve teaching effect and suit requirement of teaching innovation and development. Methods Teaching method of scene simulation was used in the teaching of nutrition and food hygiene. Results The results showed that this teaching method can arouse the subjective motility of students, stimulate their enthusiasm and improve their ability to combination of practice with theory. Conclusion We think that teaching method of scene simulation is an effective teaching method, it can ensure teaching quality and fits modern medical education.
