| 摘 要： | 通过对罩式炉退火制度进行优化，采用优化的辊面凸度曲线，在双机平整机上，使厚度小于0．25mm镀锡原板的干平整伸长率大于1．3％。利用退火制度和平整伸长率的合理组合，生产优质T4级上限硬度镀锡原板，首先在实验室条件下进行了模拟实验，试轧后投入批量生产，结果表明，镀锡原板的表面硬度达到HR30T63－65，板形良好，各项性能要求均满足用户需求。

| Abstract: | By work roll crown and batch annealing optimization on two stand temper mill, the 1 3 % elongation without lubrication is reached for the tinplate thickness less than 0 25 mm and high quality T4 upper limit hardness tinplate is produced First, the simulation test in laboratory, and then big batch production was carried out The results show that the tinplate of is HR30T63 65 in hardness and good shape can be produced to meet the requirements for the T4 tinplate |
