丙泊酚联合地塞米松对早期脓毒症大鼠炎症因子的影响

摘    要:目的观察丙泊酚联合地塞米松对早期脓毒症大鼠炎症因子的影响。方法采用大鼠尾静脉注射脂多糖复制脓毒症模型。按完全随机化原则分为5组:正常对照组(N)、脂多糖组(L)、脂多糖+地塞米松组(LD)、LPS+异丙酚组(LP组)、LPS+异丙酚+地塞米松组(LPD组)。各组大鼠于造模后麻醉处死,取腹主动脉血,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)。结果 L组TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6较对照组明显升高,IL-10则明显降低(P均〈0.05);LD组、LP组、LDP组同L组比较,其结果显示TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6均明显降低,IL-10明显升高(P〈0.05;P〈0.05;P〈0.05);LDP组同LP组、LD组比较,LDP组TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6表达量明显下降,IL-10明显升高(P〈0.05)。结论 LPS可迅速引起TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6的释放,抑制IL-10的表达;地塞米松、丙泊酚干预后,TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6的量明显减少,IL-10明显升高,且两药联用干预效果更明显,对早期脓毒症大鼠有明显保护作用。
