β-七叶皂甙钠联合乌拉地尔治疗128例高血压合并脑梗死临床效果分析

目的 探讨β-七叶皂甙钠联合乌拉地尔治疗高血压合并脑梗死的临床效果.方法 将2010年1月～2011年10月入某院治疗的高血压合并脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组患者给予常规治疗,治疗组患者在常规治疗组的基础上用β-七叶皂甙钠和乌拉地尔,连续使用14 d,观察两组患者治疗后7d、14 d以及随访90 d时的临床疗效,比较NIHSS评分和ADL评分以及血清中炎症因子(hs-CRP)的水平.结果 治疗两周后治疗组的总有效率为84.37％,显著高于对照组总有效率71.87％,P＜ 0.05;治疗前两组患者的NIHSS评分和ADL评分比较差异无统计学意义,P＞0.05,治疗后7d、14 d,90d随访时的NIHSS评分,治疗组均显著低于对照组,ADL评分治疗组均显著高于对照组,P＜0.05;检测患者血清中hs-CRP水平,治疗前两组患者血清中hs-CRP水平差异无统计学意义,P＞0.05,疗后7d、14d,90 d随访时治疗组均显著低于对照组,P＜0.05.结论 β-七叶皂甙钠联合乌拉地尔治疗高血压合并脑梗死患者,改善神经功能缺损评分和日常生活活动能力评分,并抑制炎症反应,疗效显著.

Analysis of clinical effect of Sodium Aescinate combined with Urapidil in treatment of 128 cases with acute hypertension complicated with cerebral infarction

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of Sodium Aescinate combined with Urapidil in treatment of 128 cases with acute hypertension complicated with cerebral infarction.METHODS The patients with hypertension complicated with cerebral infarction from January 2010 to October 2011 in the hospital for treatment were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was taken with conventional therapy,and the treatment group was taken with Sodium Aescinate combined with Urapidil on the basis of the control group last for 14 days.The clinical efficacy of 7 days,14 days and follow-up 90 days were compared.The NIHSS score and ADL score,and serum inflammatory factors(hs-CRP)level were compared.RESULTS The total effective rate after treatment for two weeks was 84.37%,significantly higher than the total efficiency of the control group of 71.87%(P﹤0.05).The NIHSS scores and ADL scores showed no significant difference before treatment(P﹥0.05).The NIHSS score,7 days,14 days and 90 days of follow up after treatment in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group,the ADL score of treatment group was significantly higher(P﹤0.05).The hs-CRP levels before treatment in the serum of patients in two groups had no significant differences(P﹥0.05).The levels 7d,14d,90d follow-up after treatment in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION The clinical effect of Sodium Aescinate combined with Urapidil in the treatment of hypertension complicated with cerebral infarction that improving the neurological function and activities of daily living score and inhibiting the inflammatory response are significant.
