MMP-2、VEGF和PTEN的表达与食管鳞癌浸润转移的关系

目的检测MMP-2、VEGF、PTEN在食管鳞癌与正常组织中的表达差异,探究其与食管癌浸润转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测MMP-2、VEGF、PTEN在40例食管鳞癌,以及20例正常食管上皮组织中的蛋白表达并结合临床病理特征进行分析。结果 (1)食管鳞癌组织MMP-2、VEGF、PTEN表达阳性率分别为80.00%、87.50%、50.00%,与正常食管上皮组织比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)MMP-2、VEGF、PTEN阳性率在食管癌不同浸润深度、淋巴结有无转移和不同临床分期中差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)VEGF与MMP-2阳性率呈正相关,PTEN与MMP-2、VEGF阳性率呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-2、VEGF和PTEN表达与食管鳞癌浸润转移密切相关,很可能成为早期判断食管鳞癌浸润转移程度的分子生物学指标。

The Correlation between Expressions of MMP-2,VEGF,PTEN and Invasion/Metastasis of ESCC

Objective To explore the expressions of MMP-2,VEGF,PTEN in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)and their relationship with invasion and metastasis of ESCC.Methods Expressions of MMP-2,VEGF and PTEN were detected with S-P immunohistochemical method in 40 cases with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and 20 normal subjects.Results(1)The positive rates of MMP-2,VEGF,PTEN in ESCC tissues was 80.00%,87.50%,50.00%,respectively.Compared with normal subjects,there all were significant differences(P<0.01).(2)The positive rates of MMP-2,VEGF,PTEN were significantly correlated with invasion,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).(3)There was significantly positive correlation between MMP-2 and VEGF.There were significantly negative correlations between PTEN and MMP-2 or VEGF(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression difference of MMP-2,VEGF and PTEN were closely related with the clinical stages of invasion and metastasis of ESCC.They might be potential molecular biological markers for evaluating invasion and metastasis of ESCC.
