| 摘 要： | 为评价肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）和补体Ｃ＿３在外科急腹症中的诊断价值及意义，对６５例不同类型的急腹症患者做了血清ＴＮＦ和Ｃ＿３的动态观察。结果显示：全部病例急性期血清ＴＮＦ水平均显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），伴全身感染组ＴＮＦ高于单纯感染组（Ｐ＜０．０１），术后病灶清除后ＴＮＦ水平显著低于急性期（Ｐ＜０．０１）。Ｃ＿３水平全身感染组低于单纯感染组（Ｐ＜０．０５），随着病情恢复，Ｃ＿３水平逐渐回升。结果提示：ＴＮＦ和Ｃ＿３的动态观察可作为急腹症病人判断预后的指标之一。

| Abstract: | In order to evaluate the
diagnostic val-ue and clinical significance of tumor necrosis
factor(TNF)and C_3 in acute abdomen,we conducted dy-namic examination
of serum TNF and C_3 on 65 casesof different acute abdomen.The
results sbowed thatthe serum TNF levels of all the cases was
significant-ly higher than the control group in acute period(P<0.01),
the TNF level in septic group was higher thanthe simple infection
group(P<0.01),post-opera- tion was significantly lower than the acute
period,C_3levels of septic group was significantly lower than
thesimple infection group(P<0.05).With the diseaserecover ,C_3 levels
gradually rose again.The resultssuggested that the dynamic
observation of TNF andC_3 was one of the indexes of judging prognosis
in a-cute abdomen. |
