摘    要:以2.36mm作为AC-13沥青混合料级配的粗细集料分界点;对2.36mm以上粗集料部分,采用各粒径不同比例的堆积密度试验进行研究,并以最小矿料间隙率作为判据确定粗集料的合理级配组成;选取不同细集料组成、不同粗细比例的9种级配的AC-13沥青混合料进行冻融劈裂试验和车辙试验。研究结果表明:2.36mm通过率对沥青混合料高温抗车辙能力和水稳定性影响较大;根据室内试验结果和级配应用经验,提出了适应于夏炎热区气候特点的AC-13沥青混合料工程设计级配范围,以提高夏炎热区沥青路面抗车辙能力。

Abstract:In this paper,2.36 mm is considered as the primary control sieve which defines coarse and fine aggregate for AC-13;and bulk density tests are used to determine the optimum proportions of coarse aggregate in the mixes;9 kinds of gradation including different shapes of fine aggregate and different percent passing of control sieve are selected and tested through Wheel Tracking Test and Freeze-Thaw Split Test.The results show that the percent passing of 2.36 mm has significant impact on the high-temperature rutting resistance and water stability of the asphalt mixture.Based on laboratory test results,all aspects of road performance requirements are integrated,and the grading envelope of AC-13 for mix design adapted to the characteristics of hot climates district are resulted to improve the rutting resistance capability in hot climates district.
