军队离退休干部生活质量调查

目的了解军队离退休干部生活质量的现状及其影响因素，为相关部门制定和改进离退休老干部医护保健相关政策，提供参考。方法使用SF-36量表对调查对象进行测评，结果与养老院中的老人比较。结果不同自理情况、睡眠情况、兴趣爱好、婚姻状况的老干部生活质量不同；干休所老人和养老院老人在五个维度（躯体活动功能、健康总体自评、活力、社会功能和心理卫生）上差异有显著性（P〈0．01），干休所老人均高于养老院老人；在机体疼痛上养老院老人高于干休所老人（P〈0．01）。结论军队干休所老干部的生活质量明显优于养老院中的老人；改善老干部的睡眠质量、关注老干部的精神文化生活和自理能力等，是当前提高干休所服务质量中值得重视的问题。

Survey on Quality of Life of the Retired Cadres

Objective To investigate the current situation of the retired cadres＇ quality of life and related factors in order to provide a scientific reference to formulate and improve policies of medical and health care for the retired cadres in the sanatorium. Methods The cadres were surveyed by SF-36 scale and compared with the old people in nursing home. Results The different states of self-care, sleep and marriage, and whether they have hobbies make the cadres have differ- ent qualities of life; there is a significant difference between the retired cadres and the elderly people in nursing home in five dimensions （physical functioning, general health, vitality , social functioning and mental health） （P〈0. 01）, and for each dimension the former is higher than the latter; bodily pain scores of the retired cadres are higher than those of the elderly people in nursing home （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The retired cadres have better quality of life than the elderly people in nursing homes. To improve and perfect the quality of service for the retired cadres of the sanatorium, attention should be paid to improving their sleeping quality, concerning about their spiritual and cultural activities and self-care ability, etc.
