摘    要:针对当前粮食储备行业中高精度质检秤测量电路硬件电路复杂、成本过高的问题,设计了一种基于MSP432单片机的高精度质检秤的设计方法。系统采用德州仪器公司最新的MSP432作为主控芯片,主要通过在MSP432单片机中实现数字锁相放大器来提高电子秤的测量精度。整个系统只采用了较少的放大、滤波模拟电路设计,多采用数字信号处理的方法来代替模拟电路设计。系统具有1~500 g的测量范围,在整个测量范围内系统的测量精度可达到0.1 g。此外,系统提出的在MSP432上实现的数字锁相放大器方法,在精密测量方面具有极高的参考性,适当改进算法就可以应用在温度、电阻、压力等测量电路中。

Abstract:In view of the complexity and high cost of the measuring circuit of the high-precision quality inspection scale in the current grain reserve industry,a design method of the high-precision quality inspection scale based on MSP432 single chip microcomputer is designed. The system uses the latest MSP432 of Texas Instrument Company as the main control chip,and improves the measurement accuracy of the electronic scale mainly by realizing the digital lock-in amplifier in MSP432 single chip. The whole system only uses less analog circuit design of amplification and filtering,and mostly uses the method of digital signal processing to replace the analog circuit design. The system has a measuring range of 1~500 g,and the measuring accuracy of the system can reach 0.1 g in the whole measuring range. In addition,the method of digital lock-in amplifier based on MSP432 proposed by the system has a very high reference in precision measurement,and can be applied to temperature,resistance,pressure and other measurement circuits with appropriate improvement algorithm.
