含高渗透率光伏的低压配电网电压控制方法

摘    要:传统控制方法在配电过程中,无法保证低压配电网各时段的负荷值在一定范围内,导致控制效果不佳。为了解决这一问题,该文提出含高渗透率光伏的低压配电网电压控制方法。依据高渗透率光伏电源的工作原理,指出输出功率和输出电压之间的关系,分析高渗透率光伏特性。在此基础上根据高渗透率光伏的线路结构,估算最大允许电压的有功功率,以此分析电压过高或者电压过低异常控制,完成含高渗透率光伏的低压配电网电压控制方法的设计。在仿真实验中,以IEEE33节点系统为例,测试传统方法与所建方法各时段的负荷值是否在一定范围内。实验结果表明,所建方法输出有功功率和无功功率结果有一定的规律可循,且负荷值一直保持在0.7 kVA。通过上述数据表明,所建方法比传统方法控制效果更佳。

Abstract:In the process of distribution,the traditional control method can not guarantee the load value of low voltage distribution network in a certain range,resulting in poor control effect. In order to solve this problem,a voltage control method for low voltage distribution network with high permeability photovoltaic is proposed. According to the working principle of high permeability photovoltaic power supply,the relationship between output power and output voltage is pointed out,and the characteristics of high permeability photovoltaic power are analyzed. On this basis,according to the line structure of high permeability photovoltaic,the active power of the maximum allowable voltage is estimated,and the abnormal control of high voltage or low voltage is analyzed,and the voltage control method of low voltage distribution network with high permeability photovoltaic is designed. In the simulation experiment,taking the IEEE33 bus system as an example,the load values of the traditional method and the built method in each period are tested in a certain range. The experimental results show that the output of active power and reactive power of the proposed method has certain rules to follow,and the load value keeps at 0.7 k VA. The above data show that the control effect of the proposed method is better than that of the traditional method.
