稻虾种养模式的经济效益评价及节本增效途径分析——基于南县的实证研究

稻虾生态种养主要是在保证水稻产量的基础上,通过优质稻米和养殖收入来增收.为精确评估稻虾种养模式的经济效益,以湖南省南县为研究地,比较了稻虾种养模式与当地中稻单作模式的经济效益.结果表明,稻虾种养模式总投入较中稻单作模式增加208.28%,但其总利润达到3.67万元/公顷,较中稻单作模式提高了3.42万元/公顷,产投比提高了0.50.通过秸秆还田、人工产饲、减少人工管理费用和引进人工虾苗繁殖及培育等方法可以减少投入,进一步提高效益.通过构建合理的"研产加销"稻虾产业链,并促进乡村旅游业与稻虾产业有机结合,推动产业健康可持续发展.

Economic Benefit Evaluation and Analysis on the Ways of Cost Saving and Efficiency Increase of Rice-Shrimp Cultivation Model: Based on the Empirical Study of Nanxian County

The ecological breeding of rice and shrimp is mainly to increase the income from high - quality rice and breeding on the basis of ensuring the yield of rice. In order to accurately evaluate the economic benefits of rice and shrimp cultivation model.the economic benefits of rice and shrimp cultivation model and local medium rice single cropping model were compared in Nanxian county, Hunan province. The results showed that the total input of rice and shrimp cultivation mode increased by 208. 28%.but the total profit reached 36 700 yuan/hm^2 .which increased by 34 200 yuan/hm^2 .and the input -output ratio increased by 0. 50. By returning straw to field.artificial production and feeding,reducing labor management cast and introducing artificial breeding and cultivation of young shrimps,the investment can he reduced and the benefit can he further improved. To promote the healthy and sustainable development of rice and shrimp industry, we should build a reasonable industrial chain of “research.production and marketing” and promote the organic combination of rural tourism and rice and shrimp industry.
