摘    要:研究生既是科研工作的参与者,又是未来国家创新体系中科研队伍的主要后备力量。PDCA循环是质量控制管理的理论模型,基于PDCA循环理论,对提升硕士研究生科研创新能力进行探索研究,旨在为提高国家科学技术竞争力和培养合格人才打下坚实的基础。应从计划、执行、检查和处理四方面着手培养硕士研究生发现问题和解决问题能力,并使其具有独立科研能力、敏锐的眼光和灵活的头脑,从而具备科研创新的基本能力。

Abstract:Graduate students are not only the participants of scientific research, but also the main reserve force of the scientific research team of national innovation system in the future. PDCA cycle is a theoretical model of quality control management. Based on PDCA cycle theory, this paper explores and studies how to improve the scientific research and innovation ability of postgraduate students, in order to lay a solid foundation for improving the competitiveness of national science and technology and cultivating qualified talents. Graduate students should cultivate their abilities to find and solve problems from four aspects, such as Plan, Do, Check and Act, which make them have independent scientific research ability, sharp vision and flexible mind, so as to achieve the basic ability of scientific research innovation.
