摘    要:缆机在白鹤滩水电站进行大坝混凝土浇筑时,仓面情况复杂、碰撞风险高,同时缆机操作员在长时间单调的工作节奏下易分散注意力和疲劳,威胁缆机运行安全。为此,研发了配置于缆机的由防碰撞、目标位置限定、防疲劳三大功能组成的安全监控系统。通过防碰撞和目标位置限定功能将缆机与塔机动态信息、仓面三维形象信息通过硬件和软件相关联。在系统服务器内构建数据模型和算法,实时分析缆机与塔机、仓面的位置关系,同时辅以防疲劳功能对操作员工作状态进行动态监控,综合分析缆机运行中出现的风险,适时采取报警、减速或停机措施。该系统的重难点在于动态数据采集的精度控制,以及数据采集后的换算和分析,在水电工程建设中属首创。系统投入使用后,白鹤滩水电站混凝土浇筑效率显著提高,值得类似工程借鉴。

Abstract:When Baihetan cable crane is pouring dam concrete, the site situation is complex and the collision risk is very high due to the distribution of formworks, steel bars and construction machines on the dam surface. At the same time, the cable crane pouring is arduous and it is easy to cause distraction and fatigue of drivers, which threatens the safety of cable crane operation. In view of the above situations, a cable crane safety monitoring system with three modules of anti-collision, target position limitation and anti-fatigue functions was developed. In this system, the dynamic information of cable machine, tower crane and three-dimensional image information of warehouse surface were connected by anti-collision and target position limiting function, then the data model and algorithm were constructed in the system server to analyze the position information of cable machine, tower crane and pouring surface. At the same time, it was supplemented by anti-fatigue function to carry out dynamic monitoring on the operator's working state. The system can comprehensively analyze the risks in the running process of the cable machine, and take timely alarm, deceleration or shutdown measures. The key and difficult points of this system lie in the precision control of dynamic data acquisition, and the conversion and analysis after data acquisition. After the system was put into use, the concrete pouring efficiency of Baihetan Hydropower Station significantly improved, which is worthy of reference for similar projects.
