摘    要:为了解决钢结构桥箱型梁拼装接头容易错位和焊接变形问题,课题组针对兰州市深安黄河大桥箱型梁现场拼装的实际需要,进行了弧形拱箱型梁的吊装、支撑与摆放、支架的设置、垫块的形状与材料等相关研究.采用了箱型梁接头焊前固定,焊后拆除的方法,可保证钢结构桥箱型梁拼装接头的焊接质量.

On site assembly technology of box beam of large-span steel bridge

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of joint mismatch and welding deformation in box beam assembly in steel bridge construction,research group carries out studies on hoisting,supporting and placing of curved arch and box beam,setting of stents,as well as shape and material of cushion blocks according to actual requirement of site assembly of box beam of Lanzhou Shenan Yellow River Bridge.Method of joints' being fixed before welding and removed after welding is used to ensure the welding quality of assemble joints at box beam in steel bridge construction.
