不稳定性心绞痛冠脉介入术前FIB、D-二聚体水平对预后预测的意义

目的 探讨不稳定性心绞痛(UA)患者冠脉介入术前纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体水平能否预测UA患者的预后.方法 入选行冠脉介入术的90例UA患者为UA组,90例健康体检者为对照组,测定两组患者血浆中FIB、D-二聚体的水平,UA组患者于抽血6个月后进行心血管事件评定,发生心血管事件者定为事件组,其余则为非事件组.结果 UA组患者FIB、D-二聚体的水平较对照组高(P＜0.05)；与非事件组比较,事件组患者FIB、D-二聚体的水平较高(P＜0.05),事件组患者FIB、D-二聚体水平呈正相关(P＜0.01),r≈0.76.结论 联合检测不稳定性心绞痛患者冠脉介入术前血浆FIB、D-二聚体的水平能预测其预后.

Significance of predicting prognosis about level of fibrinogen,d-dimer in unstable angina before percutaneous coronary intervention

Objective To study the level of fibrinogen,d-dimer in unstable angina before percutaneous coronary intervention whether can predict the prognosis. Methods 90 patients with unstable angina whom were treaded by percutaneous coronary intervention were regarded as UA group,90 healthy peoples were regarded as control group.The levels of plasma FIB,d-dimer were detected in all of them.The patients of unstable angina who occurred cardiovascular events in 6 months were regarded as events group,the rest were non-event group. Results Compared with control group,the level of plasma FIB,d-dimer were higher in UA group(P<0.05).Compared with the non-even group,the level of plasma FIB,d-dimer were higher in the event group(P<0.05).In the event group,the level of plasma FIB was positively correlated with d-dimer(P<0.01),r≈0.76. Conclusions To detect the levels of plasma FIB,d-dimer together in unstable angina before percutaneous coronary intervention can predict the prognosis.
