摘    要:变电站通信结构体系IEC61850是国际电工委员会即将推出的协议。该协议是在美国电力科学研究院制定的UCA2.0相关部分的基础上制定的,很多方面继承了UCA2.0的做法,如都采用制造报文规范MMS及对象建模等技术。同时,IEC61850还进行了很多创新,如采用XML技术和分层目录服务等。文中对这两种体系进行了对比分析。

Abstract:The substation communication architecture IEC 61850 will soon be issued by IEC as a protocol which has aroused public concern of manufacturers at home and abroad. This protocol was drafted based on the relevant parts of UCA 2.0, many aspects of which are a continuation of what has been established by EPRI, such as MMS and the object modeling technology. Meanwhile, IEC 61850 has made quite a few innovations, such as the adoption of XML technology and layered directory technology service and so on. This paper makes a comparison between and an analysis of IEC 61850 and UCA 2.0.
