基于CAN总线的旋转编码器采集模块设计

摘    要:旋转编码器在现代测量与控制系统中有非常广泛的应用.针对工业现场应用环境,给出了一种旋转编码器采集模块的设计方法,现场控制系统可通过CAN总线与该模块进行通讯,以完成相应的测量与控制任务.首先对旋转编码器以及CAN总线的工作原理进行了简要的介绍,然后给出了详细的硬件电路,最后介绍了软件总体设计方案,并给出了相应的软件流程图.

Abstract:Rotary encoders are widely used in modern measure and control systems.In this paper,based on industry field environment,a data collection module for rotary encoder is designed.Field control system can communicate with the module through CAN bus,to achieve the task of measure and control.This paper firstly introduces the theories of rotary encoder and CAN bus;then provides the detailed circuit of hardware;finally,introduces the general principle of software designment,and the software flowchart is also provided.
