| Abstract: | This paper takes local development framework (LDF) of Shenzhen and England as the research object. Give more research and comparison from the preparation background, the contents and the procedure for the preparation and approval, At last, it provides the lessons. The lessons may be useful and set up new mode of the statutory planning for other Chinese city. |
