| Abstract: | Major oontrol-factors and primary target of project management are introduced as well as oomprehensive oontrol methods of cost/ schedule. The steps of earned value analysis method are mainly discussed. Analysis shows this method is efficient method for comprehensive oontrol of cost/schedule, which is worthy of popularized. |
