| 摘 要： | BIM技术已经成为影响建筑业发展的一项关键性技术,IPD模式作为一种全新的交付模式,也在美国、英国等发达国家得到应用。本文通过对BIM技术和IPD模式的介绍,分析了基于IPD模式下BIM技术应用的发展前景,以及在运用过程中遇到的问题,并提出了基于IPD模式下的BIM技术发展的几点建议。

| Abstract: | BIM technology has become one of the key in construction industry. IPD mode, as a new delivery model, has application in the US, the UK and other developed countries. This paper based on the introduction of BIM technology and IPD model, analyses the application prospect of BIM technology based on IPD mode and the problems encountered in the application process, and puts forward several suggestions. |
