| 摘 要： | BIM技术是以＂信息＂为核心,贯穿于建筑与结构设计、建筑施工及运营管理等建筑全寿命周期的各个阶段本文主要通过介绍BIM系统的特点阐述了BIM系统在施工领域中的应用,并对BIM系统的应用前景作了展望。以此希望加强BIM在建筑施工行业的推广,从而进一步提升我国建筑施工的品质,给绿色施工提供一个有效地技术化保障。

| Abstract: | BIM technology takes ＂information＂ as the core, through every stage of life cycle in architectural and structural design, construction and operation management architecture. This paper mainly introduces the characteristics of BIM system, expounds the application of BIM system in the construction field, and discusses the application prospect of BIM system. It hopes to strengthen the promotion of BIM in the construction industry, to further promote China＇s construction quality, to provide the green construction an effective technical support. |
