护理干预对鼻咽癌放疗患者负性情绪的影响

目的探讨护理干预对鼻咽癌放疗患者负性情绪的影响。方法将112例住院放疗的鼻咽癌患者随机分为2组,观察组58例患者在常规护理的基础上运用护理程序实施护理干预,对照组54例患者采常规护理。2组患者在治疗前和治疗5周后采用精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行问卷调查。结果护理干预前2组患者躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等因子分无显著差异(P>0.05)。护理干预5周后对照组患者SCL-90各因子分无明显改变。观察组患者躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性、恐怖、精神病性等因子分与对照组患者相比均有极显著差异(P<0.01),观察组患者人际关系、偏执等因子分与对照组患者相比均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论运用护理程序对鼻咽癌放疗患者实施护理干预,能有效的减轻鼻咽癌放疗患者的心理压力,改善负性情绪,提高患者的生活质量。

Influence of nursing intervention on negative emotion of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma under radiotherapy

Objective To probe the influence of nursing intervention on negative emotion of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma under radiotherapy.Methods 112 inpatients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma accepting the treatment of radiotherapy were divided into two groups.The observation group (n=58) was given nursing intervention in the basis of routine nursing.The control group(n=54) was given routine nursing,traditional health propaganda and education.The two groups received a survey of psychological symptoms before the radiotherapy and after finishing five weeks of therapy,by using the Symptoms Checklist-90 scale(SCL-90),respectively.Results The factors such as somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,human relationships,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia,crankiness and psychopathic factor of tie two groups had no significant difference before the nursing intervention(Q>0.15).After five weeks of nursing intervention,each factor in the SCL-90 of the control group had no obvious change,and the scores of the factors such as somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia,and psychopathic factor of the observation group had a highly significant difference compared to those in the control group (P<0.01).In addition,there were obvious differences in the scores of the human relationships and crankiness between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Implementation of nursing intervention to patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma under radiotherapy by applying the nursing program can decrease the psychological pressure,ameliorate the negative emotion,and improve the life quality of these patients.
