摘    要:提出一种四指标模型判断无人平台的自主能力水平。首先,从无人平台的"人和平台交互能力"、"态势感知能力"、"环境适应能力"和"规划决策能力"四方面建立指标模型;其次,根据每类指标对无人平台自主能力分级的影响程度不同,赋予相应的分值;然后,结合模糊数学中的综合评判原理,量化每类指标;最后,取每类指标量化值和的平均值代表无人平台的自主能力等级。通过运用此新模型对"全球鹰"无人机、"红旗HQ3"无人车和"斯巴达勇士"无人船的自主能力分级,结果表明此四指标模型的分级指标科学全面,量化方法简单,直观性强。

Abstract:A new four-indicator model was presented for evaluating the autonomy level of unmanned platforms.The man-platform interaction capability,situational awareness,environmental adaptability and decision-making capability of the unmanned platform were determined as four indicators applied to evaluate the autonomy level.Then,the indicators were given corresponding scores according to their effect on autonomy levels.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to quantify the four indicators.Finally,the average of the four indicators was taken as the value of the autonomy level.The model was applied to judge the autonomy level of Global Hawk UAV,Red FlagHQ3 UGV and Spartan Scout USV.The results show that the four indicator model is comprehensive,visualized,and simple in quantification.
