摘    要:针对轮胎花纹设计过程中需要大量重复性操作的问题,创建了一种以Solid Works为二次开发平台的轮胎花纹设计系统。结合轿车圆弧形胎肩轮胎花纹设计实例,介绍了该系统通过在对话框中输入参数和从数据库中选择参数的方法,来实现自动化的轮胎轮廓计算,完成自动三维模型建立和参数化设计。阐述了轮胎花纹设计的2种方法:交互界面式轮胎花纹节距设计及其自动装配与轮胎花纹的花纹沟参数化设计。研究结果表明,该系统可以更加方便、智能地设计轮胎花纹。

Abstract:Aiming at the design of tread pattern, a large number of repetitive operations are done, this paper created a tread pattern design system based on the secondary development on SolidWorks platform. According to the design example of the car arc-shaped tire shoulder tread pattern, the system was designed to achieve the automation of the tire profile calculation, the building of 3D model and parametric design by inputting parameters in the dialog box and selecting parameters from the database. Then two methods of tread pattern design were described, one is the interactive interface of tread pattern pitch design and automatic assembly, the other is the pattern groove parametric design of the tread pattern. The results indicate that based on this system, tread pattern design is more convenient and intelligent.
