摘    要:在分析碳制品性能的基础上,探讨了超声波检测技术在碳制品质量控制中应用的可行性。通过试验讨论了碳制品材质特性对超声波检测灵敏度的影响,提出了适用于碳制品的超声波检测工艺。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the performance of carbon products,the feasibility of ultrasonic testing technology was discussed for the application of quality control.According to the results of the experiment,the influence of ultrasonic testing sensitivity caused by the texture of the carbon products was discussed,and an effective ultrasonic testing procedure which was suitable for the testing of carbon products had been proposed.
