并列双U型通风方式采空区瓦斯贮藏与运移规律研究

摘    要:为了揭示并列双U型通风工作面采空区瓦斯涌出规律并提出有效的瓦斯治理措施,以阳煤集团新景煤矿92116工作面为研究对象,综合考虑了工作面推进速度、进风巷风量、采空区遗煤厚度、回采区域煤可解吸瓦斯量、回采工作面煤壁瓦斯初始涌出速率等实测参数,建立了基于移动坐标系下的采空区瓦斯涌出数学物理模型,数值模拟结果与实测结果之间误差小于15%。结果表明:采空区首个横川巷道瓦斯浓度、回风巷瓦斯浓度、上隅角瓦斯浓度随工作面推进速度增大以朗格缪尔函数形式增长,随进风巷风量增大以指数函数形式减小。针对存在的采空区首个横川瓦斯超限难题,定量分析了采空区第二个横川埋管抽采瓦斯措施的治理效果。

Abstract:In order to reveal laws of gas storage and transport in gob with parallel double U-shape ventilation and put forward effective gas control measures, Taken coal face of NO.92116 in Xinjing Coal Mine of Yang Coal Group as the research object. Considering the coal face advancing speed, air quantity of intake airflow roadway , thickness of left mine in gob, the gas amount of mine in coal mining area, initial gas emission rate of working face of coal wall and other measured parameters, the perfect mathematical physics model of gas emission in gob was Established. The variance of results of numerical simulation and measured results was less than 15%. The simulation results show that gas concentration in the first link roadway in gob, gas concentration in return-air roadway, gas concentration in upper corner increased with working face advancing speed growth in the form of Langmuir function, with air quantity of intake air-flow roadway growth decreased in exponential form. according to this problem of gas overrunning in the first link roadway in gob, governance effect of extraction-gas measures in the scend link roadway in gob was analyzed quantitatively.
