钢纤维混凝土防腐技术试验研究

摘    要:钢纤维混凝土具有优异的抗拉、抗弯、抗冲击及抗疲劳性能,但沿海地区的高盐、高湿环境对钢纤维混凝土的腐蚀严重影响了钢纤维混凝土的耐久性。本文在对钢纤维混凝土的腐蚀机理及影响因素研究的基础上,通过在钢纤维混凝土表面施加环氧树脂、渗透结晶材料、氟碳树脂涂层、有机硅化合物涂层等不同的防腐材料,经盐雾试验、紫外线耐气候试验、氙灯老化试验等,全面研究了带有涂层的钢纤维混凝土的腐蚀规律,得到了优选的防腐蚀材料。试验研究表明:渗透结晶材料涂层和环氧树脂作底层、氟碳树脂作面层的复合涂层,应用于钢纤维混凝土的防腐蚀效果优良;渗透结晶材料施工方便,经济性较好,具有较大的推广应用价值,可以显著提高沿海地区钢纤维混凝土工程的耐久性。

Abstract:Steel fiber reinforced concrete has excellent tensile, bending, impact and fatigue resistance. However, corro- sion seriously affects the life and durability of steel fiber reinforced concrete in coastal areas where it is highly salty and humid. Steel fiber reinforced concrete blocks were produced on the basis of research on corrosion mechanism of steel fi- ber reinforced concrete. The neutral salt spray test, uv test, xenon lamp aging test were done on the different anticorro- sion materials for the steel fiber reinforced concrete blocks. Corrosion law of steel fiber reinforced concrete was studied and a best anticorrosion material was suggested. Tests indicate that filter crystal and epoxy flurocarbon resin coat have fine anticorrosion effect on steel fiber reinforced concrete;and the filter crystal is convenient in construction, low in cost. They can improve the durability of steel fiber reinforced concrete in coastal areas with high value of application.
