大型天线阵面平面度分析与控制

摘    要:天线阵面平面度是雷达结构设计中需要控制的关键指标。文中以某大型固定天线阵面为研究对象,分析了影响阵面平面度的各个因素,对各因素进行了误差分配,制定了各因素的控制方案。介绍了阵面平面度测量方案及天线阵面安装后平面度实测结果,实测数据满足平面度指标要求。该分析和控制方法为同类天线阵面平面度分析提供了参考,具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Flatness of antenna array is a key point needing control in radar structure design. This article carries out analysis on the flatness of a large size stationary antenna array. All factors affecting the flatness of antenna array are analyzed, errors are distributed among these factors, and the control schemes of these factors are established. The measuring method of the flatness of antenna array is described and the actual measuring result after installation is given. The actual measuring data satisfy the flatness requirement. The analysis and the control schemes in this article can provide reference for the flatness analysis on other similar antenna array.
