阿尼西坦对精神分裂症阴性症状的辅助治疗

目的探讨抗精神病药联用阿尼西坦辅助治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效及不良反应。方法采用双盲对照方法，对96例以阴性症状为主的住院慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，在原用抗精神病药物基础上，分别合用阿尼西坦和安慰剂。疗程12周。在治疗前和治疗4、8、12周末应用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）和副反应量表（TESS）评定疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后阿尼西坦组在阴性症状因子、情感迟钝、情感交流障碍以及被动／淡漠、社交退缩因子与安慰剂组比较显著较好（P〈0．05），而不良反应无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论合用阿尼西坦对改善慢性精神分裂症患者的阴性症状有增效作用，安全性高。

Accessory Effect of Aniracetam on Negative Symptoms of Schizophrenia

Objective To explore the efficacy and side effects of antipsychotics combined with aniracetam in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Methods Ninety-six cases of chronic schizophrenia in-patients predominantly with negative symptoms were ran- domly divided into two groups for 12 weeks. One group was treated with an antipsychotics and aniracetam ,another with an antipsychotics and placebo. The clinical efficacy and side effects were evaluated with positive and negative symptom scale（PANSS） and treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） before and after 4,8,12weeks treatments respectively. Results There was significantly better efficacy on negative factors, emotional blunting, emotional exchange disorder, passive/apathy and social withdrawal factor in aniracetam group than in control group（ P〈 0.05 ）. There were no significant differences in side effects between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Antipsychotics combined with aniracetam may significantly improve the negative symptoms of chronic schizophrenia and has better safety.
