| 摘 要： | 摘 要 目的：评价南京地区2014~2016年性激素类药物的临床应用情况和变化趋势。 方法：对南京地区51家医院2014~2016年使用的性激素类药物的品种、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）等进行统计分析。 结果：性激素类药物的销售总金额逐年增长，平均年增长率为26.70%。地屈孕酮、黄体酮、雌二醇等3种药物2014~2016年均排在销售金额排序、DDDs值排序前列，且所占总销售金额、总DDDs值比例均超过55%。结论：南京地区性激素类药物临床应用广泛，使用量和销售金额均呈快速增长趋势。

| Abstract: | ABSTRACT Objective:To evaluate the application and trends for sex hormone drugs in Nanjing area during 2014 to 2016. Methods:The varieties, sales amount, frequency of sex hormone drugs in 51 hospitals in Nanjing during 2014 to 2016 were analysed. Results:The total sales amount of sex hormone drugs increased year by year during 2014 to 2016, the average annual growth rate was 26.70%. Diprogesterone, progesterone and Estradiol every year ranked the top three in consumption sum and DDDs value in the three years and accounted for total sales amount, DDDs value ratio exceeded 55%. Conclusion:The applications of sex hormone drugs are widely in clinic. And its usage and amount of money showed a trend of rapid growth. |
