| 摘 要： | 在铝电解槽阳极组装工序，作为化铁设备，无芯感应炉炉衬的使用好坏，不仅直接影响阳极组装，而且关系着现场设备及人身安全。本文总结了无芯感应电炉炉衬存在的一些问题，提出了预防措施及其解决办法，延长炉衬使用寿命，节约生产成本。

| Abstract: | As melting iron equipment in Roding shop for aluminium electrolyzer,the lining of Coreless induction furnace in good or bad condition is not only directly affect of anode assembly,but also it is related to safety of site equipment and personal.The present text has summed the existing the problems of lining for coreless induction furnace,according to existing problem,Put forward the preventive measures and solving methods,extention the life of furnace,saving production costs of enterprise. |
