金元以前中医学“结”的理论发展

中医“结”的学术理论肇端于先秦,形成于东汉,充实发展于金元。“结”理论的产生是中医学建构复杂病机理论的客观需要。《黄帝内经》时期“结”的概念零星出现在医籍中,到东汉时期《伤寒论》开始将“结”作为某种发病机理,隋代《诸病源候论》在继承秦汉以来“结”理论成就的基础上分门别类加以规范、阐释并初步形成更为系统的病因病机理论,金元时期朱丹溪从临床痰饮与瘀血理论出发,突破性地提出痰瘀胶着成“结”,开拓了中医复杂病机的先河,为中医理论和临床治疗提供了新的思想启发和切入点。

Research on The Development of Jie Teory in TCM before Jin Yuan Dynasty

The academic theory of TCM"Jie"originated in the pre-qin dynasty,formed in the eastern Han Dynasty,and enriched and developed in the Jin and Yuan dynasties.The emergence of"Jie"theory is the objective need of constructing the theory of complex pathogenesis in traditional Chinese medicine.In the period of Neijing,"Jie"appeared sporadically in medical books.In the Eastern Han Dynasty,"treatise on Febrile Diseases"began to regard"Jie"as a kind of pathogenesis.On the basis of inheriting the achievements of Jie theory since the Qin and Han dynasties,Sui Dynasty s theory on the origin of various diseases was standardized and explained in different categories,and a more systematic theory of etiology and pathogenesis was initially formed.In the Jin and Yuan dynasties,ZHU Dan-xi combined the theory of clinical phlegm and blood stasis,and put forward the theory of phlegm and blood stasis to form Jie,which opened up a new way of complicated pathogenesis of TCM and provided a new thought inspiration and breakthrough point for TCM theory and clinical treatment.
