摘    要:本文介绍了以PLC(可编程控制器)为核心的计量装置及控制系统的设计。利用PLC发送脉冲,驱动步进电机,带动螺旋输送器的转动,使粉体物料落入电子天平的托盘中;同时电子天平发出关于粉体质量的反馈信号给PLC,PLC根据粉体质量的变化高速脉冲的发了频率以控制步进电机的转速,进而控制粉体的输出质量。当粉体质量达到规定的质量时,步进电机停转,最终使粉体质量满足要求,并且把误差控制在极小的范围内。

Abstract:This text has introduced the designs of the computation equipment and control system taking PLC as the core. The system sends out the pulse through PLC,drives the step-motor and making the screw-sending device rotary,and pushes the powder in the tray of the electronic scale. At the same time the electronic scale sends out the feedback signal on the weight of the powder to PLC according to the weight of the powder,the PLC control the rotating speed of the step-motor through adjusting its frequency of pulse,and then control the output weight of the powder. When the powder has been fit the required weight,the step-motor stops and making the tolerant of the weight in extremely small range.
