| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨腹部带蒂皮瓣术前系统性护理干预对皮瓣成活和患肢功能的影响。方法]将100例需实行腹部带蒂皮瓣术病人随机分为对照组和实验组各50例。对照组行常规腹部带蒂皮瓣术护理方法,实验组除常规护理外,在术前不同时间点(Ⅰ期清创术后、Ⅱ期术前5d、3d、1d)针对病人具体情况进行心理护理,术后特殊体位的早期训练和患肢的功能锻炼等。结果]通过术后7 d观察腹部缝合切口有无裂开、皮瓣有无水疱、患肢有无酸胀等指标的统计分析,显示实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]采用术前系统性护理干预能有效提高腹部带蒂的伤口愈合和皮瓣的成活率,降低术后患肢疼痛、肿胀和功能障碍。
