宣木瓜不同部位营养成分的动态变化

摘    要:主要研究了宣木瓜(罗汉脐品种)不同部位(叶、茎、果)营养成分的动态变化。结果表明:宣木瓜不同部位的含水量变化具有明显共性:即随宣木瓜的生长发育,水分逐渐降低;宣木瓜不同部位的糖和蛋白质含量,随着生长发育过程逐渐降低。另外,活性物质齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量变化曲线极为相似。

Abstract:Dynamic changes of nutrients in the different part(leaves,stems,fruit)of Xuancheng Papaya were studied. The results showed that:with the growth of Xuancheng Papaya,water gradually reduced. The sugar and protein content in different parts of Xuancheng Papaya gradually reduced. In addition,the active material of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid content change curves were very similar.
