玉米淀粉生产节水技术研究

摘    要:针对玉米湿磨生产工艺用水量大的问题,从整体工艺和部分工艺改造两方面入手,介绍了一些实际有效的节水技术。如老浆投料、干法投料、泵群冷却水自循环、蛋白虹吸水回用、冷凝水回用技术。这些技术的应用,不仅可以降低水的消耗,还可以降低生产过程中干物质的损失,减少环境污染,提高经济效益,为国内淀粉生产的节水技术发展提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In view of the large water consumption problem of the corn wet-milling manufacturing technique,some actual and effectively water-saving technologies were presented in the article from renovating the overall and some parts of the technology.
