家兔三叉神经节的形态观察及下颌神经投射模型的建立

摘    要:目的:观察家兔三叉神经节的形态及支配下颌神经的节细胞在三叉神经节内的分布规律并建立投射模型。方法:逆向追踪家兔下颌神经,取出双侧三叉神经节,非追踪侧观察神经节的形态结构,追踪侧观察下颌神经节细胞在神经节内的分布并建立3D投射模型。结果:神经节细胞在神经节内成团分布,主要以两种细胞形式存在;下颌神经节细胞主要分布于神经节的后外侧。结论:家兔下颌神经投射于三叉神经节的后外侧,3D重建可直观表现投射部位。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the morphology of trigeminal ganglion and the distribution of primary afferent perikarya of mandibular nerve and to estabilish 3D somatotopic model. Methods: The retrograde neuronal tracer was injected into the ipsilateral mandibular nerve, then bilateral trigeminal ganglions were resected for observation: the non--tracing lateral ganglions for morphology observation; the tracing ganglions for investigating the somatotopic organization of mandibular ganglion cells. Results: On the basis of morphology, the ganglion cells which located as groups were divided into two groups, and the mandibular ganglion cells were distributed in posterolateral part of the ganglion. Conclusion: 3D somatotopic model represent clearly that mandibular gangtion cells were mainly localized in the posterolateral part.
