品管圈在教学双评法带教管理中的作用探讨

摘    要:目的探讨品管圈在消毒供应中心教学双评法的带教管理中作用。方法消毒供应中心成立品管圈,通过品管圈的活动步骤,运用品管圈管理常用手法和工具对带教中存在的问题、原因进行分析,制定对策并实施,选择2013年实习生94名为试验组,在消毒供应中心教学双评价法中应用品管圈管理手法;选择2012年实习生102名为对照组,在教学管理中采用教学双向评价法。比较两组的考核成绩。结果实习生试验组理论和操作考试平均成绩比对照组平均提高10.3分和7.2分(P〈0.01);带教老师理论考试平均成绩比实行品管圈之前平均提高9.2分(P〈0.01)。结论品管圈在消毒供应中心教学双评法的带教管理中,能有效提高实习生的实习积极性及学习成绩,提高老师业务水平和专业知识,使科室的教学管理规范化。

Abstract:Objective Discuss the effect of QCC( quality control circle) in teaching management of teaching in double-appraisal methodology in the central sterile supply department. Methods Establish QCC in Central sterile supply department, and access the problems and reasons, and take necessary measures. To accomplish the goal, acquainting the process of QCC and applying the common skills and tools of QCC management are essential. 94 interns were selected as the experimental group in 2013, which used the QCC management methods of teaching double-appraisal methodology in the central sterile supply department, and 102 interns were selected as control group in 2012, which applied the teaching of bidirectional method in educational management. The two groups' performance was compared. Results The mean of theoretical exam in the experimental group was 10.3 points higher than that the control group( P〈0.01), while in the operating exam, the experimental group was 7.2 points higher than the control group( P 〈0.01); the mean of theoretical test of teachers improved 9.2 point than before( P〈 0.01). Conclusion QCC in the teaching management of teaching double-appraisal methodology in the central sterile supply department could enhance the motivation and records of cadets efficiently,moreover, improving working ability and obtaining more professional knowledge for teachers, thus standardizing the teaching management in the office.
