血清SF与HICH后患者血肿周围脑水肿的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨高血压性脑出血(HICH)患者血清铁蛋白(SF)水平变化与患者血肿周围脑水肿的关系.方法:选取本院病神经内科2013年8月~2015年10月收集的69例HICH患者作为病例组,40例健康对象作为对照组,分别于入院第1d、3d、7d、14d测定HICH患者外周血中SF的水平,同时采用CT检查HICH患者脑血肿及水肿体积,并分析二者的相关性.结果:病例组患者的血清中SF水平在患者入院后第1d、3d、7d、14d均显著的高于对照组;病例组患者的血清SF水平在入院后逐渐升高,在第3d左右达到最高水平后逐渐降低;病例组患者的脑血肿体积、绝对水肿体积、相对水肿体积在患者入院后第1d、3d、7d、14d逐渐升高,在第7d左右达到最高水平后逐渐降低;病例组患者的脑水肿相对水肿体积与患者的血清SF水平呈显著的正相关关系.结论:HICH患者的血清SF水平显著的升高,并且与患者的脑水肿程度具有显著的相关性.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the change of serum ferritin (SF) level in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemor-rhage (HICH) and the relationship between the level of serum ferritin and brain edema in patients with hematoma. Methods Selected 69 cases of patients with HICH disease neurology hospital in August 2013 ~ October 2015 as a collection of case group, 40 healthy subjects as the control group, respectively, admission 1d, 3d, 7d, 14d measured in peripheral blood of patients with HICH SF levels, while using CT examination HICH patients with cerebral hematoma and edema volume, and analyze their relevance. Results Case patients serum levels of SF in patients after admission 1d, 3d, 7d, 14d were significantly higher than control group; serum levels of SF patients increased gradually in the group of patients after admission, in the 3d decreases after about the highest level; hematoma volume of cases of patients, absolute edema volume and relative volume of edema in patients after admission 1d, 3d, 7d, 14d gradually increased, gradually decrease after about the first 7d highest level; cerebral edema cases patients relative edema volume and serum levels of SF patients showed a significant positive correlation. Conclusion SF significantly increased serum levels in patients with HICH, and the degree of cerebral edema in patients with significant corre-lation.
