摘    要:径轴向轧制成形技术是生产大型高品质L形截面无缝环件的理想加工方法。以Deform有限元软件为平台,对L形截面环件径轴向轧制过程进行了数值模拟,揭示了L形截面环件轧制过程中折叠和凹坑缺陷的形成机理。以此为基础,对初始环件尺寸和轧制工艺进行了优化。研究结果表明:初始环件尺寸和轧制速度设计不合理是缺陷出现的主要原因;优化后的初始环件和进给速度能够消除缺陷,使环件的截面形状填充较好。

Abstract:The radial-axial rolling technology is an optional technology to produce high-quality L-shaped cross-sectional ring.Based on finite element (FE) software Deform, the radial-axial rolling process for L-shaped cross-sectional ring was numerically simulated, and the formation mechanisms of overlap and depression defects were revealed in the radial-axial rolling process for L-shaped cross-sectional ring.On the basis of these, the size of initial ring and rolling technology were optimized.The results indicate that the unreasonable designs of the initial ring and the rolling speed are the main causes of defects.Thus, the optimized initial ring and rolling speed can eliminate the defects and improve the section shape of ring.
