| 摘 要： | 分析当前高校毕业生思想特点，阐述思想政治教育在高校毕业生就业工作中的作用，提出做好当前高校毕业生思想政治教育工作应加强当前就业形势和政策的教育，加强爱国主义教育、理想信念教育和荣辱观教育，加强创业教育，加强职业道德和法制教育，加强心理健康教育，以加速和推动高校就业工作的顺利开展。

| Abstract: | Tluough the analyses of the character of present college graduates, the article discusses the function of ideological and political education in employment of college graduates. Educating college graduates in current situation of employment, patriotism, ideal, the view of honor or disgrace, the spirit of patlrbreaking, professional morals and legal institutions should be emphasized for improving the percentage of the employment of college graduates for speeding up and pronmoting tbe smooth employment of college graduates. |
