| 摘 要： | 介绍了XJC30型注水井洗井液处理车的设计要求、结构组成及工艺流程。通过旋流除砂器、除铁器、袋式过滤器、TORR油水分离器、缓冲水箱、三缸柱塞泵等装置将油田注水井洗井作业时的返出液进行净化处理，并将处理后的合格水回注到井中。做到油水分离、油铁分离和油砂分离，避免二次污染，节约大量水资源。PLC控制系统和TORR油水处理系统均为加拿大技术，出水指标达到一级排放和油田回注水标准要求。提高了洗井和注水效果，避免了征用土地排放对环境的污染，降低了施工费用。

| Abstract: | The paper presents design requirement, structure and processing flow for XJC 30 truck mounted well flushing liquid treater. The flushing water was treated through swirl desander, deiron unit, bag filtrate, TORR oil/water separator, buffering tank, and triplex pump and pumped to inject well, so as to avoid secondary pollution. PLC control system and TORR systen are imported from Canada. The output meets the requirement of displacement and reinjection. The flushing and injection efficiency is increases, the pollution to environment is avoided, and cost is reduced. |
