我国农民网络信息应用的障碍分析

农民应该是农业信息最大、最基层的用户群,可是在农业信息服务向数字化、网络化发展的今天,农民却一直游离于网络和网上农业信息资源之外,这对农业信息化和信息化农业的发展极为不利。因而,本文从我国农业网络信息应用现状入手,分析了农民应用网络农业信息资源的各种障碍因素,进一步探讨了消除这些障碍的对策措施,以图能使广大农民能够从信息网络的飞速发展中受益。

An obstacle analysis to the application of network information for peasants in China

Peasants should be the most grassroots users of the agricultural information.The agricultural information service system can be used in many fields in digital and network era.It is unfavorable for the agricultural informatization and information agriculture when peasants seldom used the network and the agricultural information resources.First the paper analyzed some obstacle factors of the application of the agricultural information resources based on the situation of the application of the agricultural information.Then the paper brought some countermeasures and suggestions to eliminate those obstacles for peasants to benefit from the development of the information network.
