The factor affecting the validity of safety assessment for hazardous chemical production industry

With explosive growth of chemical Industry , the chemical leading an increasing number of accidents in the chemical industry so product and species have increased in recent years, as to hold back the development of chemical industry . With above mentioned , sets of laws and regulations have been published by our govermnent to prevent fatal accidents. Safety Assessment has been put into action in varies of fields as a critical means to avoid accidents, and hazardous chemical production industry is no exception . During the process of Safety Assessment , however , there are some issues to be exposed . Introducing the existing situation of the hazardous chemical production industry in China , this paper not only analyze diverse causes deciding the validity of Safety Assessment reports , but put forward a series of countermeasures.
