柯萨奇B组病毒性脑炎患儿血清IgG亚类水平的变化

检测３６例柯萨奇Ｂ组病毒性脑炎患儿血清免疫球蛋白及ＩｇＧ亚类浓度，Ｔ细胞亚群，ＰＨＡ（植物血凝素）皮肤试验等变化。结果表明患儿组ＩｇＭ值明显高于对照组；ＩｇＧ亚类缺陷检出率为３６１１％，以ＩｇＧ１缺陷为主；外周血ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４细胞百分率降低，ＣＤ８细胞百分率增高，而致ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值降低；ＰＨＡ试验阳性率为３８８９％。提示柯萨奇Ｂ组病毒性脑炎患儿存在有ＩｇＧ亚类失衡及Ｔ细胞功能紊乱。为阐明病脑的发病机理及使用免疫制剂治疗提供理论依据。

The Imbalance of Serum IgG Subclass in Children with Coxsackie B Virus Encephalitis

The concentration of serum IgG subclass,T lymphocyte subsets and PHA skin test were measured and examined in 36 children with Coxsackie B virus encephalitis.The IgM level was significantly higher in sick children than in control group.The frequency of IgG subclass deficiency was 36 11%.IgG 1 deficiency was in order of the first place.The percentage of CD 3 and CD 4 cells in peripheral blood was decreased,but that of CD 8 cell was increased.The value of CD 4/CD 8 was lowered.The frequency of positive PHA test was 38 89%.The results indicated that there was imbalance of IgG subclass and upset of T lymphocyte,and suggested that the immune modulator should be used in children with Coxsackie B virus encephalitis.
