新型计量封印及自动加封技术研究

摘    要:设计了一种新型计量封印,并根据其结构特点研制了自动加封机,计量封印采用卡扣式结构,结构简单可靠,加封效率高,可广泛适用于智能电能表、采集终端等电能计量器具;自动加封机采用模块化结构设计,具备在线和离线两种加封模式,实现了计量封印在自动化检定流水线的自动加封、成功验证以及二维码激光打标、二维码质量检测等,极大提高了电能计量器具的自动化检定效率。

Abstract:This paper designs a new type of metering seal and automatic ensealing machine according to the structural feature of the seal. The metering seal uses buckle type structure, which is simple and reliable, to achieve high efficiency of ensealing. This metering seal can be widely used in the measuring instruments of electric power, such as intelligent electric energy meter and acquisition terminal, etc. The automatic ensealing machine uses modular design, and works in two modes: online and offline. This machine has functions of automatic ensealing, successful validation, laser marking 2D bar code and its quality testing. All these are working on the automatic verification line. It improves the verification efficiency of the measuring instruments of electric power.
