聚氨酯、有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液的合成及应用

摘    要:制备了性能优良的具体核壳结构的水性聚氨酯乳液作为种子乳液,进一步与丙烯酸酯及有机硅反应制成无皂共聚乳液。将其用于织物上做涂层应用试验,各项性能较优,并讨论了PA/PU用量对膜性能和涂层织物各项性能的影响;将其用作皮革涂饰剂,手感软,光泽亮,并有一定的防水效果。

Abstract:The researchers first prepared superior aqueous polyurethane emulsion with core-shell struction as seed emulsion which further reacted with acrylate and silicone, obtained polymerized emulsion with no soap. It was applied to coat the fabric for experiment and properties of the coated fabric were fairly nice. The influence of dosage of PA/PU on properties of membrane and coated fabric was also discussed. When it was applied on leather as coating agent, the leather was rendered soft hand, bright brilliancy and certain level water-proof effect.
